Location : Texas (Remote or In-Office)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our real estate brokerage partner to handle mortgage loan inquiries and applications referred by their agents.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the real estate community to generate referral business.
- Utilize your entrepreneurial spirit to build and manage your own book of business, fostering client relationships and driving repeat and referral business.
- Educate clients on various mortgage products and assist them in selecting the best financing solutions to meet their individual needs.
- Collect and analyze financial data to determine eligibility and feasibility for conventional, government, and jumbo loan programs.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the mortgage industry, staying up-to-date with changes in regulations, guidelines, and market trends.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to facilitate a seamless and efficient loan processing and closing process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire loan lifecycle, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics while adhering to compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid mortgage loan originator license in the state of Texas.
- Proven track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Originator, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of conventional, government, and jumbo loan programs.
- Strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations, compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Established network within the local real estate community and ability to generate referral business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and a willingness to work diligently to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interactions and relationship-building.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, including loan origination systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
